We had the best experience! No pressure, we took our time...literally (we made 3 visits). The sales team is great however; our salesman, Mike Perez is a rock star! If your like me and don’t like sales people bombarding you as soon as you walk through the door, then La-Z-Boy is your place! You can tell they really pride themselves on providing the best Customer Service!!

John Paul provided us with EXCEPTIONAL service. He went above & beyond to get a couch delivered before the quoted delivery date so that my sister could be comfortable during her painful battle w cancer. We are extremely grateful. This will be the only place I shop going forward. Prices are fair, selection is good, products are warrantied, and the customer service can't be beat. Thanks again!

Phenomenal experience here from start to finish! Mike Perez greeted me, listened to what I was looking for, showed some options, and then gave me space to really explore the store. I never felt any pressure to buy, but he was always right there to answer any questions. He was able to find some great savings for me, gave me a quote, and when I came back in a month later he honored the quote and even made it better! I liked the experience so much that I drove back here from Sacramento to place my order. I was a little nervous furniture shopping in the age of COVID but the staff were quick to sanitize everything the moment someone walked away, so it felt pretty safe. Great store, friendly staff, and Mike is seriously a rock star!!

We recently purchased couches from La-Z-Boy as we looked around the show room Korrien helped us out. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us. A couple days later we went back and she was off that day, but a young gentleman helped us out and he was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you both for your help.

La-Z-Boy is the best. We went their today to buy a new recliner for my hubby and decided to get a new sofa and love seat as well. Our last set from La-Z-Boy is going on 21 years old, and the seats are starting to crack in the sofa. The couches are so comfy. Everyone at the store was super helpful, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture or knick knacks for your house.

Vincent was awesome from start to finish. He greeted us. And was immediately ready to help. We had questions before we got there. And he had answers. We were able to take advantage of a sale. And got a killer deal on a loveseat electric reclined with console and an electric recliner separate. Also was able to get us great materials and upgrades within our budget. Wonderful experience! Walked in, immediately was greeted and shown the items I was looking for. Staff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right size chair for both my dad and myself. Good sale and quick delivery!
